No, you will continue working with the same team you know and trust. Only our name and email addresses are changing.

Will there be any disruptions to service during the transition?

No, operations will continue as usual. This is purely a rebrand to better align with KBX.

What if I send an email to a Prolog email address?

No problem – emails sent to Prolog addresses will forward to our new addresses during the transition period.

Do I need to update payment details in my system?

Yes, our beneficiary name is changing. Please refer to the email announcement and update your records accordingly.
