EDI Integration

Connect with KBX through EDI X12 for seamless, automated load tendering, status updates, and invoicing, all through our cloud-based Orderful platform.

What EDI Integration Delivers

As part of a full EDI setup, we exchange the following transactions:

  • 204 Load Tender
  • 990 Accept/Decline Response to Load Tender
  • 214 Shipment Status
  • 110/210/310/410 Freight Invoice
  • 997 Functional Acknowledgement

We can connect via VAN, AS2, sFTP, or FTP – with AS2 as our preferred method.

Recommended for carriers who:

  • Are EDI X12 capable and can map to our 4010 guidelines
  • Can provide appointment, ETA, in-transit, arrival, and departure updates
  • Prefer EDI tender/response and invoicing over manual processing
  • Utilize brokers or ELD-exempt drivers to move KBX loads

How It Works

We exchange EDI documents using our ZZ/KBXTECH ISA/GS ID via Orderful’s cloud-based EDI platform for both test and production.

  • ISA_15 = P → Production
  • ISA_15 = T → Test

Orderful provides visibility, error notifications, self-service testing, and minimal downtime.
