Where to Enter Vehicle ID:

1. In KBX TM/TOPS, go to Load Status Entry → Track It screen.
2. Use the Vehicle ID button.
3. Or use the link within the email tender.

Steps:

• Enter the truck number in the Visibility Associate Asset screen.
• Add it as soon as you know which driver will take the load.
• If the truck number changes, update it in the Track It screen immediately.

For Loads Tendered Through Loadshop

Where to Enter Vehicle ID:

1. In the Loadshop portal, go to the Booked loads tab.
2. Click the white pencil icon under the “Truck #” column.

Steps:

• Enter the truck number exactly as it appears in your ELD provider’s portal.
• If the truck number changes, update it in Loadshop right away.

• project44 uses geofences to mark arrivals and departures:
  • Arrival: Truck enters within 0.5 miles of a stop
  • Departure: Truck exits the 0.5-mile radius

Special Cases

• If a driver arrives but is rejected, project44 will still mark them as arrived/departed because of the geofence.
  • In these cases, notify KBX operations that the timestamps are invalid.
  • Manually update the actual times after the driver picks up/delivers.
• If one truck is assigned to two identical loads (same pickup/delivery dates/times, origin, and destination), only add the truck number to the first load.
  • After delivery of the first load, add it to the second load.
  • Adding it to both at once will cause identical timestamps for both loads.

To confirm arrival and departure statuses for each stop:

1. Log into KBX TM/TOPS.
2. Open the blue menu button.
3. Go to Load Status Log in the Track It dropdown.
4. Check loads individually by shipment ID.

Required Status Codes:

• Pickup Stops:
  • X3 = Arrival at pickup
  • AF = Departed pickup
• Delivery Stops:
  • X1 = Arrival at delivery
  • CD = Departed/completed delivery

If any statuses are missing, update them manually.
